Message from Cavanna Homes

Dear Residents,

We are writing to inform you about upcoming essential works in our area and to apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

From Friday, 25th October 2024 to 22nd November 2024, we will be installing a new water and rising main, which will feed and service our new site at ‘Hollywell Meadow’. These works are crucial to improving our local water infrastructure and ensuring a reliable supply for all residents, both old and new.

During this period, there will be a traffic light management system in place, to help manage the flow of traffic. Additionally, there may be disruptions to parking in the affected areas. While we will do our utmost to minimise disruption, some delays and inconveniences are inevitable. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.

We will be keeping everyone up to date with the progress of the works through your local councillors and, of course, the primary school. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me through our head office or, if you prefer, via your local councillor representatives.

We are here to assist you and ensure that this project is completed as smoothly and swiftly as possible.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.

From WEDNESDAY 6 NOVEMBER 2024

(for a maximum of 18 months)

Anticipated Finish TUESDAY 12 NOVEMBER 2024

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected - ROAD FROM LANSCOMBE CROSS TO BICKINGCOTT CROSS, NORTH MOLTON
